Winter is coming… But hopefully not quite yet. Until then, Finnish fall will grace us with a beautiful variety of wild mushrooms and other ingredients that will slowly start warming our hearts up for the cold and dark days to come. So it’s time to get cozy with a wine pairing focused on those amazing autumn flavours. Nutty and buttery refreshing whites. Light but yet spicy and earthy reds.
