Finally, days are getting longer and brighter and the delicate fragrances of spring are gently starting to tickle our sense of smell, making us feel anew. For this beautiful revival of mother nature and all she has to offer, I have curated a fresh and vibrant wine pairing to complement our  Menu. Notes and aromas of blossoms of white and pink flowers, citrus fruits, strawberries, honey and clay that will make you smile and think of the beautiful warm sunny days that are right at our doorstep.
